Niwot is located seven miles north of Boulder and three miles south of Longmont along Highway 119.

Niwot is approximately forty-five minutes from Denver and Fort Collins.

Directions from Boulder:
Take the Boulder/Longmont Diagonal (Hwy. 119) towards Longmont. Turn right on Second Avenue (100 yards past Niwot Road stoplight) Cross the train tracks and you’re downtown! Directions from Longmont: Take the Boulder/Longmont Diagonal (Hwy 119) towards Boulder. Turn left (east) at the Niwot Road stoplight. Get into the left turn lane, and turn left back onto Hwy 119. Drive 100 yards and take the first right on Second Avenue. Cross the tracks and you’re downtown!

Directions from Longmont:
Take the Boulder/Longmont Diagonal (Hwy. 119) towards Boulder
Turn left (east) at the Niwot Road Stoplight.
Get into teh left turn lane, and turn left back onto Hwy 119. Drive 100 yards and take the first right on Second Avenue. Cross the tracks and you're downtown!

Directions from Louisville or Lafayette:
Take Hwy 287 North to Niwot Road
Turn left (west) on to Niwot Road
Continue heading west on Niwot Road until you get to Second Avenue
Turn right onto Second Avenue, and you're downtown!

Directions from Denver:
From I-25, exit Hwy 52 west toward Niwot
Continue on 52 for approximately 11 miles
Turn right on 79th Street
Turn left on Niwot Road
Turn right onto Second Avenue, and you're downtown!
